Patricia Ann Grant
Patricia Ann Grant has practiced family and matrimonial law since 1986. She has successfully tried cases in Family, Supreme and Appellate Courts. She is also a trained Mediator and Collaborative Law practitioner.
Ms. Grant’s practice focuses on divorce and custody mediation and litigation, as well as pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She has made presentations at the American Psychoanalytic Association, the American College of Forensic Psychiatry and Psychology, and the New York County Lawyers’ Association, as well as at the Bar of the City of New York. She has co-authored a chapter in a book entitled A Handbook of Divorce and Custody: Forensic, Developmental and Clinical Perspectives. Ms Grant is on the board of FamilyKind, a non profit organization dedicated to providing support to families in transition due to divorce or separation. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, The Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York Women's Bar Association. She is a past President and current Advisory Board Member of the New York Women's Bar Association. Ms. Grant also serves on the Supreme Court's Neutral Evaluation Panel.
